About Bob
I have been a photographer for over thirty-five years, starting to learn my skills in 1971. In 1973 I had the unique opportunity to re-enlist in the U.S. Navy and study at the Naval Schools of Photography (one of the top photo schools in the nation). I spent the next twenty or so years working on some of the most rewarding, diverse, and interesting assignments imaginable.
I became skilled in all aspects of the art of photography from ceremonial, portraiture, architecture, news, public relations, crime scene and evidence, photojournalism, and just about anything that can be recorded with a camera. I had the privilege of photographing statesmen, world figures, and the fascinating history of the end of the twentieth century. My Navy career ended with my being selected as a Senior Chief Photographers Mate and assigned back at the Naval Schools of Photography where I was an Instructor, a Course Manager, and Master Training Specialist. After my first year there, I was honored as the Instructor of the Year.
I now have the privilege of offering my skills and experiences to you, whatever your photo needs. I offer a mixture of services, which includes weddings, portraits, formal and informal events, sports, legal, advertising and so on. I have a unique ability to capture your personality, not just your image: your vision, not just your instructions. My goal is to make every assignment an enjoyable one for you, my customer.
